5/5 stars! Clifton is super focused on customer service and all the staff go above and beyond. The new Riverview Lounge is great, serving snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The meals are also amazing with shrimp, scallops, and lobster on the current menu! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for rehab or long term care.

My mom Doris has been a full time resident for over 6 years. The staff has always gone above and beyond in showing care and compassion towards her and trying to keep her spirits up by interacting in a positive and friendly manner.The room is always very clean andLloyd is always attentive to Doris when he comes into the room. She enjoys seeing pictures of his twins and she gets a big kick out of his colorful sneakers.She isn’t one for activities of any kind - enjoys watching her Hallmark shows, even though they try to get her to go to the musical entertainment which is very frequent and top notch.I’m so thankful that mom has found such good care here and I’m appreciative for all that they do for her.

Clifton staff continuously go above and beyond to treat everyone to the best quality care. The concierge team, Mel and Michelle go out of their way to ensure all needs are met for every resident. The activities team: Lou, Dawn, Bekah, Jess, Gary, Cathy, Bryan, and Nicole have the impeccable ability to build close relationships with residents along with an array of memorable fun even in short term stays. All the nurses, CNAs, therapist, social workers, and those who work behind the scenes to make this place what it is are the most dedicated and hardest workers I have ever seen. There is so much to commend at Clifton, but people may not always stop to think about the importance of the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. Among the very hard working housekeeping staff is Lloyd Shields, who not only works relentlessly to keep the patient rooms and public areas immaculate at Clifton, but does it all as he interacts with each of the patients and residents with kindness, professionalism, grace, and genuine respect and warmth.
