There is so much to commend at Clifton, but people may not always stop to think about the importance of the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. Among the very hard working housekeeping staff is Lloyd Shields, who not only works relentlessly to keep the patient rooms and public areas immaculate at Clifton, but does it all as he interacts with each of the patients and residents with kindness, professionalism, grace, and genuine respect and warmth. Lloyd is an amazing man, and conveys such joy, that everyone lights up when they see him coming. Thanks for brightening the day of so many, Lloyd!
The Nursing staff, CNA's, PT, and OT staff are amazing, and quite literally, got me back on my feet after a terrible fall, and extensive surgery.
Mel and Michelle are impressively proactive in anticipating people's needs, and addressing every issue that impacts a person's stay, comfort, and access to the items and services they need. They moved mountains to try to help me with my special dietary needs, and even my internet connectivity issues.
I only have positive things to say about Clifton, and so deeply appreciate how professional, kind, and warm all the staff are there. I am most sincerely thankful for all your help.
